Benefits of an Individual SAT Program:

• Personalized and Adaptive:  Our technology will keep track of all your answers and will allow us to prioritize your lessons based on your schedule.  Every question you answer is categorized on a broad basis (Math, Critical Reading, etc) and on a narrow basis (idioms, degrees in a triangle) and over a short period of time, we will be able to tabulate your strengths and weaknesses and focus on the areas that will provide the most benefit.  
• Test Taking and Specific Strategies:  We can help you save time and we can provide ideas on how to solve the toughest problems.  Accept or except?  Affect or effect?  What are the best ways to 'Guess?'  How can you substitute if you don't know the algebra?  Lie, lay, lain or laid?  Lots of other good stuff!
• Practice, Practice, Practice!  Take one of three full practice tests (or all of them!) and reinforce what you are learning with over 1,600 practice problems.  You can search our database of problems by subject area, questions you have missed, topics you are struggling with or by new questions that you haven't seen.  More questions are being added every month.  
• Complete Content Review:  We can help fill in the blanks or start at the beginning and cover everything.  We will make sure you have all the content knowledge you will to answer every question.  Through a licensing agreement with Sourcebooks, Inc., we are able to track your progress and narrow down which content and strategies will be most likely to increase your score.
• Progress Reports:  You will be able to track:
      ∙ Your trending SAT Score compared to your Goal
      ∙ Total time spent practicing
      ∙ Average time spent per problem
      ∙ Success rate of questions you 'know' versus questions you are 'guessing'

We charge a $125 materials fee, which includes a MyMaxScore subscription and study guide.  After materials, we simply charge a $45 per hour tutoring fee ($55 if we come to your home or meet in a library, etc).  We offer discounts for the following pre-paid packages:

• 15 Hours:  5% Discount
• 25 Hours:  10% Discount

If a student spends 15 hours on a single section of the SAT (Math or Reading/Writing) we guarantee at least a 50 point gain in that section.
